Roll up doors shall be manual or electrically chain operated (as noted below). 
Sliding door standard sizes shall be 3000 mm, 4000 mm and 5000 mm wide double slide, with nominal heights of 3500 mm, 4500 mm 5000 mm or 5500 mm. Doors shall be bottom guided by a 2 mm minimum thickness steel rail rack and covered at top by a frost White pre-painted sheet hood. Door leafs shall be suspended form a trolley rail track, supported by a structural header. Door leafs shall be covered with 0.5 mm pre-painted EW panel. Horizontal sliding steel doors shall be manufactured form cold formed channels and girts, 2 mm minimum thickness, and delivered in knocked down (KD) for field assembly. Interior finish coat of wall panels shall be polyester paint, std gray color. Exterior finish coat on the wall panel shall be modified silicone polyester paint with color selected from the standard steel color chart. Exterior and interior finishes on the roof panel shall be unpainted Aluminum/Zinc alloy coated panel. The paint finish film thickness is 20 microns of silicon modified polyester on the exterior face and 5 microns of polyester on the interior face. Pre-painted sheets are 0.5 nun nominal thickness, coated with a baked silicon polyester finish on top of an Alum/Zinc alloy finished steel sheet (as per the specifications of 3.1.5 above). These sheets are hot dipped coated with a 55% Aluminum, 1.5% Silicon and 43.5% Zinc Alloys. ER SL I 750/SS 2000/ SS 2500 sheets are cold roll-formed from hot rolled coil conforming to ASTM A 792 M, AZ 150 Grade 275 or equivalent. These sheets are hot dipped coated with a 55% Aluminum, 1.5% Silicon and 43%.5 Zinc Alloys. Aluminum/Zinc alloy sheets are 0.47 mm nominal thickness, cold roll-formed from a hot rolled coil conforming to ASTM A-792 M, AZ 150 Grade-550 or equivalent.
